TIM GLASSCO PAINTING , INC RIPOFF HANDY MAN, HOME IMPROVEMENTS, PAINTER, CRAIGS LIST WEST PALM Florida

After several friends insisting I contact our Palm Beach Countys' BBB Better Business Bureau they advised me to contact Seniors vs. Crime and Consumer Affairs. After contacting Seniors vs. Crime they informed me Mr. Glassco was bad news as there was a Ripoff Report filed by a R. Sherman. (If anyone knows this R. Sherman please have them contact me.) Well to late for me as shortly after Mr. Glassco befriended me he was telling me that he was a licensed contractor 10 years ago and got hurt on the job and did such good work he never had to file a lien on any of his customers because he had such a good relationship with them and they always paid him. That should of been my first warning but I was distraught over conditions taking over my parents condo being vulnerable and desperate for a friend to talk with over a supposed contractor and worker who was scamming me that I actually hired not Mr. Glassco. We were friends only. Mr. Glassco was using what I thought was his help as a friend documentation to later say we had a verbal agreement and he was my consultant/laborer to bill me and eventually file a lien against my property. He is currently an unlicensed contractor and there was no contract between us for anything. Seniors vs. Crime suggest I pay him $300.00 the first time and then suggested $400. then $500. to pay him off to get rid of the lien. I assume he did get money out of R. Sherman as I have found no lien in Palm Beach County or maybe another county. There is alot more to this person thinking he is above the law. I agree with R. Sherman that Mr. Glassco is a predator and preys on vulnerable people and uses craigs list to do it and should be put in jail. Thank you, Rebecca Cheney (((REDACTED))).
