BEWARE! This scum is now doing business in Ehrenberg, AZ., the name of the business is Freeway Tires. I just quit working for this guy two weeks ago and still can't believe what happened. I am disgusted. I worked for him only five weeks and can now write a 30 page report(single spaced) on all the bullsh*t this guy fed me. I only wish that I had done some simple research before going to work for this guy. He refused to pay me all of what he owed me, paid me with cash and said the rest would be held for tax purposes (ya right). I asked him to pay me with a payroll check and his response was that he didn't have a printer to print my check. What kind of business owner doesn't have access to a printer? He is quite the bullsh*tter. I guess after reading all the other reports, I should be thankful to have gotten partially paid. In all my years of employment, I have never been taken advantage of like this. He tells lies, treats his employees like sh*t, and doesn't pay. This guy is a careerl crook and it's unfortunate that he is still walking the streets. He constantly called my co-worker a "moron" and a "sh*t for brains". He smokes like a train, in the office and the shop. Is that legal? I looked up his court record and found out he has a long history of this type of behavior. It's apparent that he can bullsh*t his way through anything. He lied to me about how he lost the Quartzsite shop, I found out that nothing he has is under his name, and he has filed bankruptcy. This guy has CROOK written all over him. Could it be true that he is a relative to sheriff Joe? That might explain a few things. I was going to file a report with the labor board, but after reading all of this, I am very much discouraged. I think that a more effective approach would be to make the people in our community aware of this career scam artist. He preys off people that are in need.

You run around trashing the guy and look who is still a broke a*s backwoods unemployed s***k! Sure glad you bailed when you did! He has enough tax credits for hiring the handicapped and stupid like yourself.
I have been a loyal employee for him for 10+ years and laughed my a*s off when I saw he hired you. Probably got hired because you had more teeth than the last one he interviewed. I knew you were not going to last because you are LAZY and a gossip that lives on feeding s**t to others. I think you got what you deserve. Thomas even knew you were an idiot! But he has a kind demeaner to IDIOTS!

Scum? You must be the office girl he fired for LYING on her time sheets and was pissed when confronted and asked to explain them. Then you were pissed that YOU had not recorded your last weeks work hours to be paid correctly. YOU were given a payroll sheet listing all deductions taken for tax purposes. As you are well aware most of our office work was done in phx and YOU yourself told me the printer in the office was not working correctly. It was not until you were terminated that you made up all this B.S. I hope you are proud of yourself! You represent the trailer trash of life that disrupts GOOD business! You were paid All that you were owed and in my opinion OVER PAID for sitting around and doing nothing after being asked to be productive. It is people like you that keep small businesses from expanding into smaller rural areas, it is not worth the local politics and shadowy people that have to be dealt with.
I have worked for Tim for 3 years and have seen your kind come and go and I can proudly say I have never had a problem with him or how I have been treated! Called names? You bet and that is part of the joking we do as a family company, as fast as he dished it out we fire it right back at him!
And you feel you were taken advantage of? Were you not fed everytime Tim came to the shop? Taken to lunch or Steak dinners or pizza etc?????? WOW how fast we forget the little perks this CRIMINAL did for us??????? The real scum is you!
