LET ME EXPLAIN THE SCAM AND CON:

FYI-Prior to start writingthis scam, I googled Mr. Martinovs name and came to find out he is a TAX CHEAT and owes the CA state franchise board over $400,000. (it's on many different web pages) With that said...lets begin..

Tim Martinov (AKA: Artem Martinov) has a company called eMotors LLC. (among others, Car detailing, Internet Marketing etc. )They claim the can find any car you want for a good price, clean title and Full Warranty. Sounds good right? After contacting Mr. Martinov, (or one of his sleazy associates) requests a deposit of$500-1,000 as in good faith for them locating and finding youa vehicle.Once the money exchanges hands consider yourself at the begining stages of being screwed. You will NEVER I repeat NEVER get this money back under any circumstances. ("employee quit" "I have no knowlege of any transaction" etc, etc.)This is a typical Russian business moto...."L-E-V-E-R-A-G-E-. Your money will be taken for essentially having them do nothing. They don't even have the vehicle (or whatever is being sold) and claim they "can get it for you". It basically in a sense is a "ponzi scheme" in Tims case he can sometimes find you a car from auction...BUT here is the kicker, most of the cars he sells are salvaged titles or need major body work. Remember Mr. Martinov has to make the highest profit for the lowest cost. Most of his vehicles are fixed and repaired at chop shops in Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Lafayette California. Although YOU the buyer do not know that. Most bought in terrible condition, or at auctions.

Mr. Martinov is very crafty of taking a salvaged vehicle or one that has been in an automobile accident and making it clean. What does he do? He goes to carfax.com pulls up the legit vehicle history and completely copies and pastes over ALL the issues the vehicle has seen, then shows this to the buyer. Since he now has the "clean" vehicle history report in hand. 99 percent of his buyers will not look at the history report themselves. (seriously) His "warranty" is nothing but a cheap "refurbishing" job. He wont replace or fix anything, whatsoever. He will claim he did but yet are you really going to take your tires off to see if your breaks were fixed or replaced? Or yourtake apart your transmission, to see if a new kit was put in?Mostlikely NO!!! (example)

Point is here people...Stay far clear from this guy in terms of business. PERIOD! Unless you want a headache or get the run around, don't do business with him, on ANY level. i am not the only one who has been screwed over here. Save yourself from insanity and stay AWAY from these type of business operations.

I too was also screwed over from Emotors.. Funny how your english and grammer are pretty terrible in your rant. What is also funny is your "ROR Redacted" is also a SCAM all over the internet and Rip off report as well. So you want the person who posted the previous rip off to contact another scam artist? I looked up "ROR Redacted" and was informed its a scam where they steal your personal credit information and use it. Also was informed law inforcement is onto the case. What is also funny how the rant is in "second" party talk...then changes into "first person talk" and the fact "Orinda" is right near "Lafayette" where Mr. Martinov claims to reside. Obviously itis pretty apparent Tim posted the response himself or had one of his sleezy Russian friends do it for him. What is also obvious is the fact your "business" is being hurt and obviously have concern to why a shady induvidual is being exposed? please answer that. Take your legal mumbo jumbo and shove it. The con will NOT be tollerated and every kingdom soon crumbles.

I would like to take the time to invite you to come see me and talk to me. I am not tim nor do I represent him in anyway but if you claim what you are saying is true then here is what I want from you. First I would like you to bring me you "salvage" title car with the title in hand to prove that what you are saying is the truth. Side note to this if you really bought a salvage title car then you sir are not very smart it is way to easy to know if a car is salvaged. I also would like proof that you have given a deposit and never were paid back. And third I would like you to show me proof of a photo copied carfax report I want the photo copy and the real one but they will have to be from the same date due to the fact that carfax can change over night. If you are not willing to Do all or at least some of what I have asked then I would think that tim will strongly consider going after you and this site for slander and see how that all goes.

You can contact me at(((ROR redacted))) andwe can get togather. If you do not contact me and this post stays up i will be forced to contact tim and togather we will both push legal action against you. I for a fact know alot about the cars that tim sold because I am the one who sold them to him I have sold over 7000 cars in my 7 years in the bisness and out of all those cars 2 had salvage titles and i sold both of them to the auction because I do not deal with such cars. Sir you better be dam sure that what you are talking about is the truth because I will come after you will full force I have left you my email it would be in your best interest to use it dont call my bluff i will come after you for slander and I will find who you are thank you and have a nice day

In terms of "Leverage" and what was noted in the original complaint. what these shady wannabe "business men" do is simple. They take your money and carry that money you paid up front for another cashdeal. Once they get money from that deal they then carry it over to another and so on. (Repeat) In a sense trapping themselves in a "ponzi type scheme" because their greed is to take all the profits and no money is left to run operational expenses in a sense catching up with them and shutting them down cause money runs dry. No real business men do this. They have cash on hand in the bank to take care of situations as warranty issues, return money to customers and so on.

In Mr. Martinov's case....the StateTax board came knocking because his greed busted him hard.
