Timberlinks, Lynd Company, Timber Links David Lynd Company trying to take every cent from its new residents Denton Texas

This backs up the other rip off reports about The Timberlinks and Lynd. Lynd has been trying to charge us for everything now that they've taken over, but residents have finally started to say something now that they are charging us $45 a month for cable that we don't want. And, they tell us that "you don't have to get it installed, but you're still getting charged for it, so you might as well just get it." And, by get it, they mean pay an extra $75 to have Primecast install the cable that we don't want in the first place. This is ridiculous. I've been told that if we don't pay the $45, it will be added to our rent. And, of course, if we don't pay all of the rent, eviction. This is so wrong. I advise everyone to avoid this company. I've put up with a lot from them since living here, but this is just low and I will make sure that everyone knows how horrible The Timberlinks and David Lynd's company are.

I advise all tenants to report them to the Attorney General, the Better Business, Texas Apartment Association, your lawyer, anyone you can complain to. Also, Google Timberlinks and Lynd and complain on the other sites that mention them. Post on the apartment rating sites so that you can warn other people who are thinking about renting with these shady people.
