Timberridge Construction Neglected to pay payroll Houston Texas

I worked for this crook for 9 months. He started having money issues that he made the office aware of and asked that we be patient and continue to work for him, which we did. Our paychecks started coming late. When we did get paid some of the checks he wrote were hot checks. The ENTIRE office had to take their payroll checks to his bank to see how many of our checks were actually going to be covered.

I spoke to Twc to file a report on him.They informed me that Michael Maldonado NEVER registered himself to have employees. He wasn't paying taxes on any of us. 

He still owes me $3000 for a payroll check and $6000 in commission checks that I was PROMISED I would get in April. We had 3 other people in the office & he owes all of them payroll checks also.

He took money that was to be used to build for our clients & never built. We had many clients calling & coming up to the office screaming at us because they wanted their money. He would run & hide and make us deal with these poor people.

He took money from one elderly couple for dirt work-around $9000-and NEVER did any work. He kept their money.

He is a CROOK and a thief....Do not sign a contract with or work for this man. You will regret it!!!
