An unsolicited package came by Postal Service and was left at my door. It was from Time books, P.O. BOX 6067, Clarion, Iowa, 50526.
I opened the box and found that it was a book about Abraham Lincoln. Included was a bill for $36.90. The bill said I had 21 days to send it back and cancel the charge. Pay to Time Inc, Home Entertainment, PO box 10896, Des Moines, IA, 50336-0896
The time and expense of taking it to the Post Office and paying shipping is extremely annoying and insulting to the name of honest Abe.
I see in earlier reports that Oxmoor House Clarion, IA has been doing the same thing.
I am not going to send it back and I am not sending any money to these sleezeballs.
