I ordered a CD collection from Time Life. Afterward I realized the was more than I realized from the commercial or internet site. I emailed them on January11, 2010 instructing them to cancel.  They said it could not be canceled because it had already shipped.  Yet by their own document it was not shipped until January 13, 2010.  I received in by US mail and immediately wrote "REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER" and placed it back in the mail.

They will not refund my money or discuss this further because I did not PAY to send it back with a tracking number.  They conveniently claim they have not received it even though it went back in their packaging the same way I received it.  Be careful doing business with them as their system is set up to keep you from easily changing your mind in regards to your purchase or getting your money back!!

They clearly are only focused on getting your money NOT customer satisfaction.
