time staffing doepker group inc denied work injury upper sandusky, Ohio

 I was Injured working for Time Staffings client company. I was building bases and flipping them.   I filed an accident report with the suppervisor. She took me to the emergency room and I filled out the paper work and took the drug test.  The cause of the injury was from flipping the bases. My back was twisted and it caused a burning in my thighs.  After several visits to the doctor they denied the accident was a work injury. I've been to a workers comp hearing and they won't acnowlgde the accident report or the excestence of the suppervisor that I filed the accident report with.  Now I'm receiving all the doctor bills that were previously approved by workers comp . I'm not able to work because of this and have no income.
