On 9/28/09, I executed a contract with time to go travel,, travel club membership w. The sales representative characterized the product as a travel package under which I would receive a variety of vacation services, including travel, hotel and other amenities at substantial discounts - some as great as 50% of published brochure rates. My membership in the program was categorized as a V.I.P. membership with time to go travel/vacation travel club; however, payment was made to time to go travel.

During the ensuing months, I periodically checked market conditions to ascertain what degree of savings I could achieve by comparing ttgt and VTC rates with those I found from other sources. Much to my dismay, I found no discernible cost advantages vis a vis  Travel membership. Although my contract documents reflect a promise of discounts for all air travel, time to go travel advised on 9/29/08 that there are no discounts for domestic air travel after i was told there was .

On 10/07/08, I attempted  to address my concerns. I then discovered they were no longer in business seems or just not answering there phones... and had moved and open under another location and or  name or office..

In spite of my having paid $5,544 in expectation of being able to enjoy the benefit of a cost effective time to go travel travel club membership, my cost comparing experience over the past several months has confirmed that the promises which persuaded me to purchase the membership have not materialized. and are lies and a scam and Patrick Warrner a conman....

I know there were multiple people in the room that signed up and know that there are plenty more  that have been scammed and I'm hoping there's a lawyer out there that will take this case and help all of us that have been scammed. i still have not recieved my money. I found out  that i can dispute my credit card as of today.

Terminated Sales Rep

AUTHOR: Patrick Warner - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, November 02, 2009

This is a remark designed to slander our business.  There was no sale on that date for that amount and all customer issues are always handled by my staff.  This site allows for disgruntled ex sales people who get terminated for drug use to gripe and complain and make ridiculous remarks to hurt future sales.

Perhaps this person should go back to school and learn how to spell instead of surfing the internet making slanderous remarks.

This response will also cover the same person making the same foolish remarks about our SC store. I hate to disappoint, but this nonsense doesn't bother me.
