Cable Time Warner Cable Rewards Card never comes! SCAM - Queens, NY New York New York

Ordered Time Warner Triple Play on 9/19/13 at the time they were offering a $200.00 VISA Card if you were current with payment for 90 days. After this so called 90 days you were suppose to receive this card well guess what it is now February 24 and still no card. They give you a website to check the status of your ard and guess what mine is still on the 90 days box. Spoke with them and every time I do just get the run around. If you offer things you should be able to keep your promise but as always Time Warner does not.

Apparently, according to their representative TMC gave the go ahead to process the card on January 8th STILL NO CARD. Spoke to them again and she said well I don't know why they took so long to process but its still in the process stage according to them. So I asked her let me get this straight even though I'm over the 90 days I still have to wait another 4-6 weeks. This is just not ethical. It will be another 90 days. First they want your business then they treat you as if you don't exist. Can't understand how they run their business but I will be looking for another alternative. We are losing all our values just to make a buck and the ones that are suffering are the people that work hard  for their money.
