Time Warner Cable is ripping off customers who sign a contract. They add fees one month and take them off the next and then do it again for a couple of more months. The problem is they don't take off all the fees they add on. They are over charging customers because it is too much trouble for the customer to have to fight the company. They are screwing customers out of money because they don't add up the fees in the fees column of the bill. If a customer does notice the problem, the company calls you at work and refuses to admit there is a problem.They refuse to talk to you while you are at home. They tell you to add it up this way, then change their minds and add it up a different way. They do this a couple of different times in different ways and refuse to take the money off the bill. If you cancel the service they charge you a fee for canceling the contract. So either way they screw you out of money. It is their way of losing customers to AT&T. ATT has cheaper prices and they give more incentives for being their customer. You get the SPORTS channel added in the regular price Time Warner makes you pay extra for. AND it's still cheaper. Time Warner is price gouging to make money from the customers leaving and going to ATT; and the government and states won't do anything about it because Time Warner is paying the government for control of the cable lines and paying famous people for being spokes persons for the company.
