In the almost three years I have been with Time Warner Cable, I have not received a standard monthly bill, for more than two months in a row. They constantly skip bills, don't apply credits when you call them out, on their add on charges, They have raised the rental fee for the modem three times, from $2,95 to now $5.99 per month. They have raised the service too by $5.00. I now pay $40.98 for basic internet service with them. And if that isn't bad enough, they constantly harrass me with delayed billing and overbilling, small one time charges, and keep pushing to see how high they can raise the bill before you complain. You fight with them for two hours on the phone, get the credits, pay the bill, and then they don't apply them, put you in a past due status again, send you a harassing email to call them about a change in your account statu, two weeks after you had it out with them. Godless thugs. Robbing the American public blind. I asked for a one month credit for the harassing customer service due to their "Error". Myra said "We don't do that". I did not accept her apology, obviously, because I am writing this. If I did not call them on their BS, again, and get highly upset, and we all should, they are literally stealing money out of my wallet, I would have had another padded monthly bill with a late fee, and who knows what else there scum machine in billing will dream up. Really getting fed up with TWC.

Are you black or Filipino? You obviously work for Time Warner, why not address the complaint as a Time Warner representative. Do you think I made the report lightly? I left our the part about the Filipino call center customer service you employ. I think more people should know, that half the time they call Time Warner customer service, they are routed to Manila Phillippines, where the customer service reps. are paid $5.00 a day. Can't expect much from them, except, that you have programed theses slaves to lie and rip us off, all day long!. We as a nation need to put a tarriff on this. The sucking sound of dollars leaving our economy from the loss of jobs to third world call centers, is enormous. Mexican workers coming here for labor jobs and sending the money back home to Mexico, is 100 times less a threat to our economy, than these call centers, are. And the harassing, theiving cusomer service that goes along with it, is unbelieable! I hope you get a thousand rippoff reports, you deserve more. Look at eBay's ripoff reports, they have 12,000 ripoff reports from former sellers who have been ripped off by ebay customer service. eBay is 100% run by Filipinos in Manila, all the way to upper management. Then, you can't even contact upper management at eBay in San Jose CA,, you must contact their Corporate Legal department. Unbelievable. Boycott all companies who use Filipino customer service, from third world call centers. Time Warner, Verizon, Chase bank, Virgin Mobile, the list goes on. Ask them where they are, they will tell you. MANILA! Bunch of Chinese Nazis. Anything else to add 'Really" The Philippines signed the Hague Treaty in 2011. The rich chinese who run these call centers are ripe for a class action law suit too. Put your foot in it again scumbag! REALLY!

Here are some real simple solutions.
You know your cable bill is a MONTHLY bill. You obviously have Internet Access. So how come you don't sign up for their On-Line access? Not only can you see your montly bill, you can make a payment right then. So true or not you no longer have the "well I didn't get the bill" excuse.
As for the price increases. If you don't want to pay the modem "rental" prices, why don't you just go an buy one? Having the price increase by $5 in 3 years is minimal. But if it is too much for you how come you don't find another company that is cheaper?
I am also very curious as to what are these various "add on" and "one time" charges are?
