Time Warner Roadrunner BLOCKING E-MAILS AND REFUSING TO GIVE SERVICE Herndon Virginia

Roadrunner has for some unknown reason blocked incoming e-mail from Panda Software/Panda Security. Panda is my antivirus provider.

I had been trying to contact Panda Tech Support and Customer Support for a week and could get no response. After a week I wrote several e-mails to every department, blowing them out for failing to respond.

Received two phone calls from Panda telling me they had been trying to e-mail me but all their e-mails were blocked and sent back to them by my ISP (Roadrunner)

I called Roadrunner and tried to get this unblocked, but was told that could not be done by phone. Said I had to sent e-mail to them.

I e-mailed them and asked why they had blocked this company and to please unblock it. Received an automated e-mail back (6-pages with general info) saying they sometimes do block sites and if one is blocked, that the customer cannot get it unblocked, but the company sending the e-mails has to contact them to get this done.

Contacted Panda, they have tried but cannot get anywhere with Roadrunner. I sent several more e-mails to Roadrunner at spamblock and customercare. No replies, only automated replies saying they had been received.

Today, I again called Roadrunner and was on phone for over 30 minutes. Asked for supervisor, and first talked to Len in Raleigh, NC. He had no idea why there was a block and no idea what to about it.

Finally transferred me to another supervisor, Ms Marion in Ontario, Canada. She was sympathetic, but said she had no idea why it had been blocked or why spamblock was refusing to reply to me directly. No idea how to get it unblocked. Her on suggestion was that could make some phone calles later in the week and see if anything could be done. No promise ever that the blocks would be lifted or when, or why blocked.

Now I wonder just how many other blocks they have made on my e-mail.
