BELOW IS A COPY OF MY EMAIL TO TIMELESS AUTO SALES REGARDING THEIR LACK OF SERVICE (FRAUD)

Timeless Auto Sales

This email is to inform you that I have initiated a STOP PAYMENT on my credit card transaction for your services. You have failed to provide the selling resources as you had explained to me, as well as failing to return my email/Facebook/phone messages. My advertisement agreement began 25 days ago and the only calls (3) that I have received were from other listing companies.

Your sales representative contacted initially via my Craigslist advertisement (which clearly states "do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers"). Unfortunately after repeating this I listened to his sales pitch and got "sucked in". Your sales representative stated numerous times that your vehicles listed sell within 40 days. He backed this by saying that your team reviews each vehicle to ensure it is at the appropriate sale price point. Upon asking about the 40 day timing a couple of times, as well as the "minimum 90 day posting", he finally stated that my vehicle would continue to be listed until it sold if it had not at that point.

Prior to completing the call he informed me that you had a team that wrote the advertisements and gave a quick run-down of numerous web-sites where it would be listed, repeatedly referencing a connection with Jay Leno and Mecum Auto Auctions. I also informed him that I had updated photos and information, which I in-turn emailed to him. When I received the follow-up email with all the links for the postings I went through them each. They just used the Craigslist ad that they had used to contact me and the photos with it. I immediately contacted another representative at your company and she said it would be corrected; however, they never were!

The list of potential buyers provided included 1 private party and 6 classic car sales companies. The private party noted that my car was not a match for what he was looking for. The 6 companies all noted that my car was out of their price range, as they "need to make a profit, so the cars need to be $20K or less."

I also returned to the Timeless Auto Sales Facebook site this past weekend. After scrolling down the profile page I found no copy of my car's listing. I scrolled through more than 100 posts by Timeless Auto until the page cam to an end. My listing had been removed from the page. I was also unable to find my car's listing on any Mecum sites. I believe the rep's words were "Your listing will get more exposure than the cars going across the stage!"

Due to Timeless Auto's failure to provide the promised sales opportunities I am finding it in default of this below agreement. Therefore, as I noted above, I have stopped payment for this service which was not provided. Please recognize this and issue a refund ASAP for this transaction.

Thank you.

I had a great experience with this company

AUTHOR: Lisa - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 08, 2015

I actually had a totally different experience with this company. I will admit that I was skeptical just giving up 300 bucks just like that but I really needed this car off my property for inspection reasons. It was and old 40' s chevy truck that my grandad started working on before his passing but he never finished it. By the looks of the truck I could tell it needed lots of TLC and I mean Lots.....Lol. I know Nothing about these classic cars so when they called I said I'm just going to try it out since I couldn't sell it on my own and if it's a scam I would just Stop payment on that transaction. Ironically I got a call exactly 24 hours later and they gave me 5 buyer contacts. 2 were classic car dealers and 3 private parties. I ended up making a deal with one of the classic car dealers and got way more than I expected. I'm very sorry for your experience. Super Happy the car is sold and off my the property now. Thanks Timeless Auto Sales
