Timeline Logistics False Promises, Cheaters, Liars, Manipulating, Unfair Houston, Texas

I showed up to find a job at this company Timeline, I filled up an application and i got interviewed by Mr. Mauricio Handal, the day Friday, March 4th, 2011. He told me he was going to call me the 5th day of March. To inform me if i could start working the day of Monday, March 7th and i told him yes.

In the interwiew that i had with Mr.Mauricio Handal he told me that everybody worked Monday to Friday and some weekends. And i asked him how much was i going to earn and he told me i was going to earn depending on how much you want to work. He told me i could get to earn $150 to $200 working a lot per day.

Also, he told me that they were going to pay the miles i would use using my car and that i had to be there fast to do my deliveries. And he said you need to pay $100 per month for insurance to Timeline and he said he would discount it from my check. He also said that if u have EZT  u could use it, its ok.

I started the day March 7th, 2011 to work in Timeline more than 8hrs a day. When Monday came after my first week of work, i went to the office, and i asked for a progress report of my work. Because i wanted to know when was i going to get paid. 

I asked due to need for money to buy more gasoline, i was using extremely too much. When i check the report of the week i noticed that he didn't pay me in two of those days of work. Which i used the most amount of gasoline, they only payed $5, because he payed me $100 for that order, and i spent $94.97 in gasoline.

I told him Mr. Mauricio Handal, please whats happening, why do u pay me $5 for this work? He replied, "Do not worry, I'll fix this payment is too low". Mr. Mauricio Handal told me, "No, relax, i will repair the payment of your orders, you keep working for this week, u'll do better". I replied "I'm picking a lot of tires up and that's going to damage my car. I'm also spending to much gasoline to deliver faster, and for the record i bought a GPS to work here, because i had one that i had borrowed from a friend.

And not only that, i had to change my phone. It's ok, don't worry, you work and i will take care of the expenses you have" Mr. Mauricio Handal replied . I kept working the next week, but i had already tried to quit. He promised me that in that week i would get paid well and so i decided to work for one more week and came back Saturday, March 19th 2011. And i asked him if i could have my progress report .

He replied "I can't believe it, this week you worked more and only earned $230, but don't worry i'll fix your payment". So this is how it started to increase from $10 to $10, in some orders in even reached $280, based on his opinion. I asked him if i could have a copy of it and he told me the copy machine wasn't working, and so i never got a copy.

I told him "Mr. Mauricio Handal i quit, i don't have anymore money to keep working and i need money, i will work for half-time job". He replied "It's ok, you can work for half-time." He once again promised me the next week, he would take care of my orders and payments, he even guarantied me to give me a good week of work and money. I told him "This is my last week of work, really i can't take this anymore".

The week passed and when the time to ask for my third report came, he told me to wait until the day April 1st. And there was only one week of work left, so i had to wait 15 days for him to cancel me the money he owed me. i told him "Mr. Mauricio Handal you already know this is my last week of work, i already told you i quit three times, and every week waiting to earn some money, but there is none".

When i received my check the day April 1st, and i revised it, i noticed there was still money missing, so i went back and told him to please pay me my money completely, he said "calm down i will, don't worry u'll get payed in 15 days in your next check, i'll pay you everything in it". When i got to my apartment i read one of the payments, and i noticed that there were some orders that i didn't get payed for, and payments for orders on which i spent a lot of gasoline, and i only received from $5, $7 or $4.50. 

I wrote a letter, because i also asked for a report of all the total work and money i had made for the last two weeks of work, and i noticed that there was money missing for the orders i got payed for. I wrote a letter thanking him for the opportunity for working at the company, and also to let them know to revise the orders that i didn't get payed for, and payments they did for the others, because the payment was unfair.

5 days passed, i received a check devolution from the bank, since the check was not sufficient funds. i went to the company and asked Mr.Mauricio Handal how was it possible, that were too many days waiting for my money, and i also got the not sufficient funds the check back, i asked him to please pay me my money and the overdraft they did all he said was "Get out of here, get of my office or else i;ll call the police". I waited there until they wrote me a check, and told me to go back in 15 days fro the rest of my money. I claimed they owned me $228 for any my first check and other orders and he told me "We will pay you everything".

I waited 15 days until the day April 15th and i went for my payment in the morning and he told me the check wasn't  done just yet. So he told me to come back in the afternoon. When i went back, i went with my daughters to pick up my check. When i opened it to see how much they payed me, there was a check for only $150. "That's all we owed you" Mr. Mauricio told me. I told him in front of my daughters, "please pay me my money, i have too many things to pay". He told me, "look i am a very busy man don't you see? I don't have time to pay you." If you want i can fix your payment , call me".

Three weeks already passed plus today, May 5th 2011. I called him last week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, April 29th, at the company i've also called his own phone. But he never answered me, or called me back. With this reaction from Mr. Mauricio Handal, i learned that the company really doesn't have in mind to pay me the money i deserve, because Mr. Mauricio Handal says he just doesn't have time to pay me my money.
