We have only received offers (which were probably bogus) when we contacted them complaining. Recently our calls and e-mails have gone unanswered.
We believe that Timeshare Lifestyle does not actually sell or promote timeshares, but makes their money through the "listing" fees they charge. When we listed our timeshares we were told they would get "top billing" in their promotional materials. When we could not find the listing on the website and contacted them they gave us a story about thinking they had sold them. Since listing the weeks, we have only received 2 offers (both of which we believe were bogus) and were a result of our "nagging" them. Each time we ask, they tell us our properties have had 1,000's of inquiries, and probide random statistics... but we have sincere reason to believe the information is made-up for our benefit. For the past several weeks I have been attempting to contact them via e-mail and telephone, with no response. They promoted themselves as the preferred and only sales vendor for our Marriott properties, but we are learning that is not the case.

Timeshare Resale Companies
AUTHOR: IsabellaP - ()
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, October 23, 2013
The resale of a timeshare is a legitimate business. Companies agree to advertise a timeshare for a fee on their websites. As with advertising, the membership doesn´t need to sell in order the fees to be legitimate. The difference between the honest timeshare resale companies and a scam, is when the company falsely suggest they have a buyer waiting for their timeshare, or picture unrealistic, overoptimistic selling possibilities.

Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
