If I could rate them less than zero, I would in a heartbeat. These people are absolute frauds. They solicited my business and convinced us that we could sell our Diamond Resorts points well within the 10 month agreement for "fair market value" which they quoted at the time to be worth around $10,500. They indicated the market was hot for these points and we needed to decide within 3 days to ensure we had our points available for sale during the peak time. Should the points not sell within the 10 month agreement period, they themselves would purchase it from us for "fair market value". So the $1299 fee was clearly a good investment. This was not a safe assessment.

After jumping through the hoops to submit our request for them to purchase the points from us (we did not receive  single offer during the 10 months), they took 12 weeks to come back and offer me $10. Also that doesn't include the $500 I would have to pay them to cover lawyer and transfer fees for them to buy it. Their documentation contained a great deal of paperwork provided purely for the sake of covering themselves. This included a printed definition of "fair market value" as shown on www.dictionary.com, as well as eBay auction print outs of sales for $1 and $19. I am fairly certain these auctions were ones they posted and purchased. I've not been able to locate any auctions for the same since receiving their ridiculous offer.

If there ends up being a class-action lawsuit, which seems more than warranted, sign me up.
