I'm writing this just to provide fair warning to anyone looking to do business with this company.  While browsing their ads (timeshare listings) I realized that many of them are priced for more than what the developer charges!  You could literally buy many of these properties for less by buying directly from the builder and without the risk involved in a 'by owner' sale!

In addition...the details of many of the ads are completely inaccurate so I called to point out the fact that a specific listing was displaying inaccurate and/or deceptive advertising (one can find dozens of examples just browing if you are familiar with developer pricing and the normal range on the secondary market for some of the properties listed...which I am.)  I was told that the info came from the seller and they simply list the info that they are given by the owners.  No concern or worries about the validity of their listings....and very little working knowledge of the timeshares they are listing.  In fact, the gentleman that I spoke with seemed annoyed that I'd called to 'question' one of his ads at all...rather than concerned about the possibility that he might be misrepresenting some of the properties listed (even if inadvertantly).

So if you are looking to sell..understand that much (not all...but ALOT) of the pricing on this site is exhorbitant for resale timeshares...and while it might sound great to you because you'd like to get the money they list their properties for...the actual liklihood of getting anywhere NEAR the high prices I witnessed is virtually nil.  Most timeshares are only worth 30% or less than the original purchase price on the secondary market...so do some research on how much to charge and where to list (I recommend TUG -timeshare users group) Otherwise, you will simply be paying an upfront fee to advertise your timeshare on a site that has very little, in my opinion, to offer those looking to buy a resale timeshare.

Timeshare Registry International & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam

AUTHOR: BetzabethT - ()

POSTED: Monday, June 09, 2014

We got a call from Timeshare Registry International. They had buyers ready to buy our Royal Elite timeshare. We paid an upfront fee of $598 expecting to hear in the next day or so that our timeshare had been sold. So far, we have not received on phone call back. When we call them, they are not available to talk. Please check out these "people" thoroughly before giving them any money. They are very convincing. There should be a law that the money should be returned since they represented themselves in so many ways
