We own several timeshares, but now travel less. Bob McMillen of Time Share Savings Network [TSN] (954-583-2929, fax-954-337-8404), called in late June, asking if we were interested in selling any of them. We said we'd be interested in selling our 1-BR floating time at Los Abrigados Resort and Spa in Sedona Arizona. He said he'd call back. He did, again and again, saying he had buyers lined up, if we'd only send him $1200.

After many calls and many assurances and faxed testimonials, I said I'd split the difference, and pay half, with the second $600 on completion of sale. He agreed. I paid the first half by credit card. A contract was forwarded by mail. I signed it and faxed it to TSN, fax-954-583-8774, on August 7, 07.

That's the last time I heard from anyone. McMillen's phone is disconnected, but the fax appears to be connected. There is no answer at TSN.

It should be noted that on the contract TSN is listed as "a division of First Freedom Mortgage Group Inc." Farther down on the contract document, under "Acknowledgements" is yet another firm. It is states that I have "authorized Friendly Lenders Inc. DBA Timeshare Savings Network to contact resort, register the property, etc., etc. This is yet another name in what appears to be a web of intentional deceit.
