TimeShareRentOrSell Com,LLC Conrod Susman, Manager Ripped off ... lied to me ... voice contract was different from written contract. Internet

On July 28, 2010, I received a phone call from an agent at TimeShareRentOrSell Com, LLC offering to sell my timeshare. I was quoted $700.00 to sell my property with a guarantee to buy my property if it does not sell within 10 months of listing. I declined the offer and was about to hang up, when Conrod Susman interrupted the call and introduced himself as the Manager. He offered to give me a 50% discount with the same conditions which is $350.00. AT NO TIME WAS IT MENTIONED THAT THERE WERE LIMITATIONS TO THE CONTRACT AT THIS PRICE.  I was told that I would receive a copy of the contract which I should sign and return.

I received the contract by regular mail on August 9, 2010 which was dated July 28, 2010, stamped " shipped Jul. 30, 2010." I noticed that there was a stipulation stating that SUPER STAR MEMBERS ONLY qualify for: " TSRS Hereby guarantees that if your timeshare does not sell after 10 months, we will make a market price offer for the purchase of your timeshare you listed with TSRS."

I immediately called customer service to find out if I am a SUPER STAR MEMBER and was told that I would have to pay an additional $350.00 to qualify as a SUPER STAR MEMBER. I refused to sign the contract and requested an immediate cancellation with a full refund of my money. I was refused any cancellation. I was told that I had exceeded their 3 days cancellation time.

How could I cancel without receiving the Contract which I discovered was not what I agreed to on the phone? This was a nasty trick by Conrod Susman just to get my $350.00 under false pretenses. At no time during our conversation was I told that their offer the purchase my timeshare was not included.

I am now at a stalemate, unable to talk to Conrod Susman, or any other Manager who is willing listen to my complaint and refund my $350.00.

I am RIPPED OFF $350.00, and will do whatever I can to shut down these ........
