Timeshares By Owner / Patti Payne & Kevin White Initiation to time share rip offs Orlando Florida

I'm newly retired on disability & trying to adjust to a fixed income. I loved my timeshare. I didn't want to sell it, but I needed help to pay the maintenance fees. Timeshares by owner wanted to sell my timeshare, but agreed to rent it instead. It was going to be the great solution to my cash problem.

Patti Payne was very pleasant & talked to me more than once. I thought it was strange to charge a fee for a title search, but agreed to pay it. I didn't realize that her last name was a predictor of things to come. I paid the fee & waited. I started trying to call Patti & could never get her & she didn't return my calls.

One day I got hold of Kevin White. He convinced me to lower the price of my rental & had a sales book sent to me. My ad was not in the book. As a matter of fact, I never saw an ad for my timeshare.

I signed a contract, but after 1 yr of no action I went in search of a company to sell my timeshare.

To this day I have never heard a word from Timeshares by Owner. The paperwork looks good. Apparently that is where my money went.
