in 2006 i also contacted this co. about selling my time share. i allowed the michelle to charge $400.00 to my credit card for their services. michelle assured me i was selling at a good time and she would be able to sell my membership within the next thiry days. this was in november2006. in march, 2007, my membership still was not sold and michelle would not take my calls. [michelle was a very busy lady, and would return my call.} this never happened. i could never speak with michelle. eight months later i called and again could not speak with michelle. i demanded to speak with a supervisor. i was hooked up with keren medina. { do not trust this lying b***h } !!!!! after a long run around with keren, i took control of this show. i yelled fraud, b.b.b. state attorney generals office. need i say more. keren said she would gladly refund my $400.00. i assured deren i would be keeping a close eye on this transaction. and if i did not get the refund within 30 days she would hear from me again. if this failed i most certaintly need a vacation, and orlando, fl. seemed like a good destination. my next credit card statement was credited $400.00 from timeshares only. do not trust this co. do not trust any of their staff, this co. is a scam.

Keren, as a manager for Timeshares Only, I was surprised to see you answered my ROR. !!!! Even more that you took the time to research back two years.!!!! And are still holding me in your dead file.
LISTEN UP !! We all have your number.
And the fact remains that you did refund my money.
I thank you very much for my refund.
I am a person that will not stand by and be ripped off and made a fool of. {of course you already know that.}
Keren, please be honest and streight forth with your next perspective victim , when they have read the Ripoff Report, and you tell you never had any interaction with me.
Perhaps you can say you refunded my $400.00 because I was a P. I. T. A......

Dear Lynn,
Timeshares Only is a co-operative advertising agency. By pooling the resources of our advertisers, we are able to advertise timeshares for sale and rent on television, radio, the internet and billboards nationwide.
Lynn contacted us to advertise her campground membership located in Ramona, CA. We mailed her a detailed confirmation outlining the terms and conditions of her advertisement, part of which states: "I understand there is no guarantee that this timeshare period can be rented or sold at any particular price or within any particular period of time." This document was signed by Lynn on 02-09-07 and was received in our office on 02-12-07. Lynn, if you would like another copy of this document for your records, please contact me.
Our company does not give any advertiser a timeframe for a possible sale. Timeshares Only is not a real estate broker and does not perform real estate services on behalf our advertisers or anyone else. Owners set their own prices and choose whether or not to accept any offers presented to them from our website or from third party brokers.
Our former employee, Michelle was a dedicated supervisor with our company for many years. I apologize if she was unable to take your call due to helping another customer. As for the comments about me, I have never interacted with Lynn. Sharon Reper, our Customer Care Manager spoke with Lynn. Ms. Reper is a valued employee since 1998 and has received many accolades from our customers.
Lynn choose to discontinue her advertisement with Timeshares Only in August of 2007. In the spirit of good business practices, we did issue Lynn a full refund for her advertising costs.
I wish Lynn success in the sale of her campground membership. Should Lynn need additional assistance I would be happy to speak with her or any person that reads this and requires further clarification.
