I understand that Mr. Delaney is a partner the law firm known as Lindsay Kenney LLP. I understand that both Mr. Delaney and his law firm were sued for deceptive practices.

I understand that Mr. Delaney and his firm may in fact be the subject of investigation.

I understand that Mr. Delaney's former partner, now operating another law firm in Vancouver, has a notable position of authority in the self-governing body that regulates lawyers in the Province of British Columbia, and that Mr. Delaney exploits this relationship.

I understand that Mr. Delaney may have encouraged his clients, transit police officers being sued for assault, to bring the court system in British Columbia to disrepute. I understand that Mr. Delaney caused and/or contributed to miscarriage of justice.

I understand that Translink Police officers have been the subject of multiple complaints. I understand that Mr. Timoty Delaney and his firm Lindsay Kenney LLP apparently to believe that they can charge the BC Government whatever they want for their reckless services, at the expense of the public.

I understand that Mr. Delaney and/or his firm may be responsible for keeping a violent criminal at his job post at Translink, despite the fact that he was criminally charged multiple times, for the purpose of unjust enrichment. The violent criminal, known as Brian Lawson, only resigned from his post after he was charged with assualting a plain-clothed officer. The violent criminal Lawson was known to be a public charge by the Transit Police Authority and Translink, both of which are Mr. Delaney's clients.
