Timothy L. Hensick & Associates Nick D'Aigle Hired Mr. D'Aigle to be my attorney for Child support and hearing date, Was hired in February 2012, as Of July he yet has done anything. Flint, Michigan

I hired Mr. D"aigle( Attorney) to assist me in trying to get Child Support, and other custody issues as I have tried now for 10 years to get Support for my kids. among other issues that Friend of the Court messed up on. I borrowed $1500.00 from my Uncle to hire Mr. D'Aigle on February 27 2012, Repeated calls to the Firm and talking to Mr. D'Aigle I was repeatedly told that he was waiting for FOC to respond, I questioned the attorney to why I was not getting any paper work and or why It was taking so long. After repeated calls and getting a straight answer. In June I called Friend Of the Court myself, asked the Court Officer if she had received anything from my attorney and or the firm? I then was informed that there had not been any contact by phone or mail from the Attorney. I had to have something done before June as the FOC messed up, and my ex husband was to get visitation for 3 months, NOW I cannot talk to my kids by phone or email as there is no documentation stating otherwise. this was to be changed along with requesting a child support order re issued as I am after 11 years have not yet received. I in ten minutes set up a court date, paid another $60.00 for filing fees, Filled out Court papers, $25.00 for Mailing. And as of right now I am out of $3000.00, as I had to pay my Uncle back with 10 % interest. I have discussed this with the attorney, he swore up and down, apologized repeatedly and admitted that he did nothing on my case, I am from texas and he is from Michigan, as my case is in Michigan, I went to my hearing with out a attorney, ( which he should of been there ) he promised to reimburse me as he admitted he was at fault to no yet receiving nothing. This attorney never filed, just took my money and basically stole from me and my kids. I am a single mom and work very hard to support my 2 kids, taking this money I now have to hire another attorney and I do not have it.
