However, Timothy Lee Petty,Jr. rent our property in February 2013 and didn't pay rent for two months. We had evict him, and he now owes over $5,000 in damages.
Please Do Not Rent any apartment, house, condo, or other property to this scam artist. He pulls the same trick in every case where he has problems with the banks showing that there was a mix up.

I recently got ripped off from Timothy as well. I'm sorry to hear he has scammed you as well. I have a collections team currently trying to collect payment. He has stated that he would make $20/month payments, haha. Still haven't seen those measly payments. I share your frustration. Timothy needs to be put in Jail. The kid is evil.
