I was recently introduced to Timothy Petty Jr (AKA Josh Bennett) who said he could design a website for me. He said it would cost around $300-600. After giving him some of the money I found out that he uses a template that i could buy on my own for around $30.
I also found out that he has been scamming people for a couple of years now. Claiming to own companies that do not exist. (Dolce Tan, Lavish Holdings, DINIX, the list goes on) He also claims to be a model/photographer, this is also untrue.

This individual is providing completely false information regarding myself and I want to apologize if there was any misunderstanding or if this individual still feels as if they're owed money. Payment was never received for any type of service from the said individual for services as stated. We had discussed numerous times about working together but never continued..
Our web design services that we were to provide would have not been a template. Our designer would have custom created a website completely from scratch. I'm aware that you was misinformed by your then boyfriend at the time that you could find a site similar online which is completely inaccurate. We do not believe in using templates and believe in creating everything completely in HTML.
However, if you are still feel that you are owed money please contact me and we can sort this issue out and come to an agreement to resolve this issue. It is in my best interest to make sure this issue is resolved.
