My husband and I hired this guy Timothy Hessler to file a motion for a child support case. He scheduled the appointment right away. When we got to his office his legal books were all over the place and the office was a mess he explained that he was building a library. We never thought anything of it until now. The entire time we were there he gave us a lot of information and explained in detail what he was going to do. He asked for 500.00 dollars and asked if we could pay it all. Wanting to get that bill out of the way I paid him the full amount with my credit card. Since the motion was already typed up by us and ready for him to file he said it would be done in one week. We waited 2 weeks to call him he never called back. We were in his office on May 1, 2008 to this day I have called him at least 100 times sent him faxes letters and have not had any communication back from him. I even offered to help him file the motion myself for him just to show up in court and no answer yet. I looked him up at the State Bar website he has been suspended for not paying his dues so he can not practice law in CA. He is a complete liar and a thief. If anyone knows where he is at let him know I ll see him in court.
