I start to sign un witht the free Tinder, after 10 minutes I decide to pay the full membership, just after I make the payement and they charge my card, they kik me out of the app and I can't login again.
I contact the help support, there answer is just NO sense !!! They say that I didn't respect the TOS, how the hell I can brake the TOS in less than 5 minutes??? I did ask them if it's my photos, they say no, so I did ask them what is happening, they reffuse to tell me why, Photos where fine, nothing nude at all, my profile, nothing, just that I have a child, a dog and my job.
Emma is the name of the person that did answer to my email, she didn't even take the time to read my email.
This company rip you off, they ask you money and then without any reason they don't allow you to use the service and refuse to refund you.
