supossed to be pay if you use phone service well they send you messages and charge you even if your phone is not on not working etc. they have very rude people all my bills were under 15 bucks and i still never used it ,it was a back up just in case to my sprint phone was dead etc. they share your number and if your phone rings you pay they will lie to when ask it very funny in a bad way that my bill when i called to cancel was $27.00 and the phone was broken and was not working for the past 45 days but when i called to cancel this irish sounding jerk in thier customer service area  lied and said i used my phone imposible i mean it completley broken to the point of no return .anyways my billing cycle did end till mid month but of course since they knew i was canceling they imeditly hit my card up i have all my billing proof from my card co. to prove itso if you are thinking on using them you will get ripped off this i can promise you
