I was asked to leave their premises since markings of a sharpie on the OUTSIDE of windows (to point out defects) voided my warranty. All five windows have defects varying from small pieces of lint stuck behind to multiple air bubbles. Let me be very clear on this issue, MARKINGS OF A SHARPIE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE WINOWS VOIDED MY WARRANTY ! Tried calling Corporate offices but no help. Spent over $250 on one car and $150 on the second, total of $400 completely wasted, plus additional cost of removal and new install. Staff including Mike is very rude. Please avoid this place, if something goes wrong they will not honor any warranty and find a way to accuse the customer of wrong doing.
