A merchant service I was using for 5 years called Retirever sold out to a company called Vantiv without my knowledge. My company was bing charged 1.5% by Retriever though a contract I had with them.. Vantive charged me 90.00 for not filling out a survey I was not aware of.and charging my account 8% for transactions.  I never gave this company any authorization to take funds out of my account.  When I confronted them with a phone call the gentlemen stated "He'd be mad too".  odd statement. They wanted me to sign a contract with them for 6%. I told him no and do not take anything out of my account. They take funds anyway. This is all done through my business checking account

My bank can't stop them from taking money out of my account. I called them and told them to stop taking money out of my account., But they do what they want and take what they want. At this point I can't even get anyone on the phone to talk to. I am forced to close my checking account and open a new one at another bank. They have caused me to bounce checks which is embarraseing. I am really upset. Vantiv a fortune 500 company makes money at ripping people like me off. East Palatka Florida
