Tiny Paws And Claws/Texas Pocket Pups/Shannon Ensminger Purchase Puppy//Refund Clear Lake Texas

I recently contacted Shannon to purchase a chihuahua puppy and made a deposit. Three weeks later, I viewed the Rip Off Reports and had concerns about report information. I immediately contacted Shannon, via email, and expressed my concerns and to offer the opportunity for the Ensminger's to respond.

I was contacted by Mr. Ensminger, discussed our options, and was given the option of a deposit refund which I felt was the best resolution for both parties. I received this within days.

I had originally signed up on this forum to report the above.

I would like to express my concern over forums indicating "Be creative when using the example words, it will make your report more interesting." I would prefer forums request and list information in regards to what actions the individuals have taken to resolve the situation (i.e. did you contact the business for resolution, have you filed any complaints with the DA of Texas, or organizations such as ASPCA, the Better Business Bureau, did you retain email documentation, or documentation of date, time and content of calls, etc).

These forums positively or negatively affect businesses and people's personal reputations. I am not a business owner and do not know the Ensmingers.

I would have a hard time justifying seeing such disgusting conditions as those alleged in one of these reports, and not taking action to bring visibilty and remedy the issue.

Something productive and educational needs to come from these issues being reported.
