 I purchased tickets to a MLB game. According to their description and the seating chart displayed on the site, they were very good lower level seats at a reasonable price. However upon receiving the tickets in the mail I discovered otherwise. They were in fact some of the worst and cheapest seats available. Instead of getting a good deal on decent tickets. I ended up overpaying for nosebleed seats. I should also mention that I bought the tickets 3 months in advance of the game.

Which means it was not sold out or a very hot ticket. I tried to contact TiqIQ to request a refund but there was no contact info or cutsomer service even available on the site. I eventually found an email address but despite repeated attempts to get any kind of response they just ignore me, and my emails. I even took a screen capture of the offending listing and still nothing. I cannot descibe how frustrated and angry this experience has made me. Do not do business with TiqIq.

 A representative from TiqIQ contacted me and has issued a full refund. I would lije to thank Ripoff report as well as TiqIQ for going the extra mile to make sure I got what I paid for.

I am sorry about that. I will look into this to see what the problem was. Can you please send over your order confirmation and I will start with getting you refunded for your order. I have also included a discount code "MB10" that will give you 10% off all SellerDirect and TN Ticket listing so that you can go in and purchase new tickets.
 
Also, since we are going to refund you for the order we are going to need to void the tickets. So I will add into your refund the cost of the shipping for the tickets to be sent back. 
 
Since it is a finalized order we will not be able to chargeback the card, but we can refund you by either Paypal or check. Please let me know which you would prefer.
