The customer was not an idiot not understood the context of that "racial slur comment"I was a former employee of that cooperate and I can buttress the customer point on this racism,it was quite in place .I was not ony discriminated but also unlawfullt terminated and then reinstated again after i challenged the unlawful termination with the Human Resource business partner.Then after i was reinstated for just no reason,i was laid off on the grounds that busines is slow,but new 4 new employees that i was emloyed before them we not laid off.There is presently a discrimination case aginst them by me at the Equal Employment Opportunity(EEOC).Which was filed on 1/31/17.The store gots 100 locations and up to 1100 employess and there is not even 1%of black workers.I was the only black worker in the store i was laid off and the rest are white.As you know been a black in the USA......justices is hard to achieved though clear case the EEOC want to bend this case based on sentiment.Racism is a common practise for that cooperate,not only to employees but also to black customer.

..but in all fairness you have been driving on them since February. It is now September. Surely if this issue was that serious it would have been dealt with much sooner..so you are partially responsible in all fairness.

I do not feel it was necessary to mention the black guys crack comment to add any validity to this report. Perhaps the comment was in bad taste...but it is certainly not a derogatory or disrespectful comment against a racial group. I can imagine the bulges did look like a butt crack..and the tires are black..so it looked like a black guys crack. If anything, the tires should have been offended by that remark being commented that they look like a black a*s. Lighten up and get a sense of humor, that can make the world a better place quicker then abusing the race card in order to defend your report. That comment certainly does not qualify as a slur or an act of racism so to try to use it as a point in this report against this company is quite a stretch. For the sake of argument..what if the tires were white and he said it looks like a white guys crack? Would you have implied he was a racist in that case?..or just a person that made a funny comment in bad taste? Maybe he is a wise a*s, pun intended.
