Tires-easy.com Or Tires Easy Overcharged my card $263.14 and won't fix it! Portland Oregon

Do not buy tires from this company! We purchased 2 sets and have only managed to receive one set after over a week. They overcharged my card for our order (thankfully I have the receipt to take to the bank!) and they won't do anything to fix the problem.

The CSR I spoke with this evening told me that his supervisor was not there for personal reasons and that there was no one working in his supervisor's place. He was in the ordering customer service department because I could not get anyone to answer the extension regarding existing orders!

This guy was rude and barely spoke English, yet insisted he was sitting at the corporate office for this company in Oregon. Maybe he was, but I would think that anyone who owned a business would want to make a better impression. He did not offer any assurance that my problem would be addressed or taken care of at all.

I made an order to this company that including shipping should have been $1143.75 and they charged me $1406.89. I understand that this is not a lot to some people, but for my family, it's a car payment!

We have contacted them by email, phone and through their own website and no response. Still haven't gotten the second set of tires so not sure how much we may have lost yet!
