Tiresavings They charged me shipment three times , New Jersey

 I ordered 2 tires on September 2,2015 size 225/35/20, and paid 212.00 including shipment of 42.00 my tires came to me on September 8 ,2015. I refused shipment so that I will receive a refund once the tired got into their warehouse. The tires got to them on Monday September 14. So the process begun. On September 16th my refund was processed and I was gonna receive a partial amount of 128.00. Really. I only was to pay shipment back to them which was 42.00 but they charged me 84.00 instead. I call they always have a volume of calls so you have to leave a message. They don't respond to them nor any emails. My money was sent to PayPal. When I don't have a pay pal account. Now I have to wait three more business days before it gets into my account since it was cleared by pay pal . I will never reccomend this company to anyone and wishes it was never recommended to me.
