Tiresplus - Total Car Care Pembroke Pines Florida (RIP OFF) Pembroke Pines, Florida

My wife went to TiresPlus in Pembroke Pines Florida yesterday with a coupon for free tire rotation with an oil and filter change.  After waiting in line for forty five minuets, she noticed that everyone there was bringing there vehicles back after shotty service.  When her car was completed the manager, Omar told here he would not rotate her tires.  His recommendation was to replace the front two tires.  He went on to tell her it was best to have the tires with the most tread to be located on the rear of the car.  My wife then reminded Omar the car was a new 2008 Ford Edge and only had 25000 miles.  Confused my wife paid and promptly got out of there.

I have been maintaining the Ford Edge from the time we purchased the car.  I always change the oil and keep up with with Ford's recommendations for maintenance.  I do not have a car lift and told my wife to have the tires rotated because the front is wearing faster than the rear.  I personally checked the tread and condition of the tires the day before she went to TiresPlus. 

After leaving my wife did not believe Omar's story and made a few calls, first was a different TiresPlus in the area.  They also told her the tires with the most tread should be located on the rear of the car.  The second call was to our local Goodyear in Pompano Beach, she told them the story and could not believe it.  There statement was you should always put the best tires on the front. 

Later that day my wife contacted Omar and told him Goodyear's statement.  He quickly changed his tone and told her to come back tomorrow and he would rotate the tires.  My wife refused telling Omar she had lost respect and confidence in TiresPlus and would never do business with them again. 

When my wife later told me the story, I was upset.  The following morning I contacted TiresPlus corporate office and told them the story.  Apparently there was no upper management personal that I could talk to.  I was given a reference number and told someone would contact me.

This is a shady operation and I would take your business some where different.
