TireWorks ESTABLISHMENT FOSTERS A DISHONEST CULTURE North Las Vegas Nevada

Today, I went to TireWorks to get a flat tire repaired. The counter help - George - immediately starting citing reasons why the warranty would not be honored. I drove on the flat, I hadn't had the tires rotated (I had but not by them). George said I had to talk to Vince, the Manager. George was very excited and stressed because at a tire shop someone was there with a flat and a warranty wanted help. After telling me I had to talk to Vince who wouldn't be in for one-two hours. George finally, after telling me all the reasons the warranty wouldn't be honored he can put the spare on since I was already late for work, and I never once insisted that George give me a new tire. I was happy to get the spare on and get on to work.

This is a company who's culture is to find any reason they can not honor warranties purchased in good faith by their customers.

Vince, in my opinion is a LIAR and runs a DISHONEST establishment.

I still cannot figure why George got so excited over changing a friggin tire.

Vince thinks I'm being unreasonable because I let him know that I believe him to be a liar. But they know as well as I do, I didn't damage that stupid tire, by driving a few blocks to their location. But whatever - They definitely have lost my business. By the way - Bridgestone was interested, as an affiliate of TireWorks how they treat their customers. Hopefully by reading this complaint - more and more people will contact Bridgestone and any other tire company TireWorks partners with and let them know how unsatisfactory their service is. Maybe then, they'll learn some customer service skills.
