Tischer Auto Told me I have to purchase a warranty with the Finance Co. selected Internet, Internet

I purchased a car from Pensare Auto in May of 2011. (2007 Niassn Msxima) Within a 30 day period I had too many problems with this car! Cd player didnt work, power steering hose busted and the piece that keeps the mud and dirt from kicking back on your car started to fall off! After numerous attempts and complaints concerning these issues and before i took it to the next level! The paperwork for the loan and the processing was done at Tischer Auto where all hell broke loose! The person they assigned to do my paperwork named "Patrick O" processed my info including lying to me informing me that i have to purchase this warranty because it automatically comes along with the financial institution my loan was with which happens to be CAC!

Their warranty is through Wynn Warranty! He said "this is their warranty and i have to purchase it because i am obligated to purchase it". Then another warranty was presented to me with another co called Fidelity! I was told i shoild get this one because the warranty that came along with the financial institution was not any good and i would be better off with the Fidelity Warranty! The mileage was entered incorrectly when i called the Fidelity Co to ask questions about my coverages! I was told i was getting a the Top Warranty (Platinum)! The paperwork that was filled out showed a Platinum and powertrain warranty but when i called the co myself, it was a different story!

I also called Wynn warranty to find out if i was under any obligstions to purchase their warranty and they said no i was not! These people are greeding in making money any way possible! They have lied about selling a warranty that was not needed and they have screwed up on paperwork that can be costly! If you are planning on purchasing a vehicle, dont purchase it here!
