I have been registered to Titan Casino for about a year. I never withdrawn any money till I won a 4000dollars jackpot on a video poker game. There were no alarm back then, everything went fine and I withdrawn. They ask for 4 business, I waited for the 4 days. Then nothing on the 4th nor the 5th and on the 6th day of wait, I kept pestering them, they sent a mail saying all my winnings were voided because of a breach of fair gaming rules and regulations. In fact, while reading the rules, I found one about my breach which says the casino have the right to withhold an amount regarding my breach which was to play video poker which is not allowed. 

Video poker is not allowed when you receive a bonus when deposited. Yes I received the bonus but am I given the choice to accept or refuse? No. 

If I'm not allowed to play the video poker, why am I given the choice to do this mistake?

A similar casino is Williamhill, the best, who uses the same playtech software, and ask you if you want to accept a bonus or not, show you your wagering to know where you have reached to claim your bonus, pays you in 6 hours without any problem, they will inform you if you are doing a mistake and not wait till withdrawal to tell you, you have to forfeit all your winnings.

My point is that I have deposited countless times, did the same routine, got a bonus played video poker everytime for about year, but this time when I withdrawn the money, then they told me I did the breach. That is for about a year, I was depositing for nothing because in any case I would be forfeiting all my wins everytime. And as I see, this is the only casino that does not allow you to wager on video poker and about 10 other games. They do not tell you explicitly that you are forfeiting your wins and you are not allowed to play.

Yes I did not wager on the "ALLOWED" games but why the simplest to be done is to give me back my 4000 dollars so that I can wager it on your "ALLOWED" games. Yes I won on video poker, but was I restricted? No. Given a simple yes or no to accept the bonus or not? No. Notified of a breach of rules in over a year of playing? No 

I call that a hold up! They call it fair gaming, what is fair about ripping people off with their subtle rules and regulations. They use that allowed and not allowed games as an excuse, is it said explicitly in their rules that I cannot play Video Poker when I have the bonus in my account? No.

Hope justice will be made one day or at least no one will be having the same heartbreak like I did.
