titan contracting and leasing insurance carrier is zurich north america dont get hurt or killed there saftey record is bad and they wont pay your comp owensboro Kentucky

  i was hurt about three yrs ago ihad fell in a uncovered hole .the area where i was working was suppose to be walked down.i worked nights so the hole was not visible at all. i fell about 15 to 20 ft down and crushed my ankle.the hole acutually went 56 ft down.i was lucky to be alive.i was taken to convient care where x rays was done then taken back to work with no crutches no pain medicine and had to sit on a bucket the rest of the 12 hr shift.i did light duty until the doctor release me .my ankle still gave me trouble so when i got a second opinion what they call a lateral process was completly puverized and that is a stop on your heel to keep u from rolling itthe doctor insisted i have a fusion and be off work but the company denied it and insurance would not pay. i got a lawyer and after six or seven months they finally had to pay and they are responsible for my ankle for life. so when i injured the same ankle again facturing it in five places they are trying to deny my claim again zurich north american could care less and titan could care less about what they do to a working man .it was titans fault ill walk with a limp the rest off my life and im getting older so bones dont heal as quick. i suggest if u get hurt and find out zurich is the insurance carrier get a lawyer and dont hesitate.i know people fake injuries to get comp but why take it out on people who are truly hurt and just want to get better and go back to work .zurich is not a good insurance carrier they do not care about the working and as for titan they dont either. zurich needs to be shut down and titan needs to be closed down for safety issues ande incompentance..
