Was sold a solar power package mid November of 2017. Advised installation would be first part of January 2018. This is February 15th still on solar, they claim in 4-8 weeks they may or plan to install it. This is due to the city of Phoenix and permits. City says they have the second part of red lines " things that need to be address " before the permits to be done, this 2nd page has been on city hall desk to be picked up sense February 2nd 2018. Titan claims the city want LG the manufacturer of the battery's to say they are safe for indoor installation. Titan "claims to be the biggest installation co in Az. Wouldn't you think they had this problem before, and have a copy of the needed info on file already? I think 8 weeks is a short time line. Maybe July or later. In short do not have Titan install anything if you want it done, in a timely manner.

AUTHOR: Titan Solar Power - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, June 12, 2018
This issue has been resolved with homeowner (h*o) in the beginning of March 2018. The solar system is installed and producing. The delays on project were unfortunately due to the LG Chem battery being new technology that City of Phoenix did not have experience with. Titan Solar Power worked directly with the City on behalf of h*o for new permitting to be created on h*o's behalf. We additionally gifted h*o a gift card to apologize for project delays.
