Titanium Alarm company has 71 negative reviews on the BBB website and 2 1/2 stars on Yelp. They’re liars, scammers, unprofessional, and unorganized. They hire people right off the street with no background check and you want them in your house! Lied to me on 3 appts and wasted my time, their rep was dropped of at my house by her boyfriend while he waited in his car. Unauthorized a bank withdrawal out of my account for thousands that I wasn’t aware and left me with a negative balance for a week. Their tech came over with a poor attitude that seemed he didn’t want to be here with his hands in his pockets and cursed in front of my elderly mom. He was just hired in March and was supposed to do a 10 camera job by himself! He didn’t have the contract where it states where the 10 cameras were going to be installed, hence the rep was at my house for 2 hrs showing her where they were going. So when tech arrived with his hands in his pocket, it took us 20 mins to show him the first 3 cameras and then with his poor attitude I kicked him out, called corporate, asked for a refund and Yelped and filed on The BBB. Don’t hire them please!!!
