Titanium Blue of Camdem NJ is a phony rip-off place

This company sent me a blue card that said that my credit was approved and I was pre-approved for a minimum of $3500.00. That I would receive a visa card and a satilite dish from the dish network as well as a trip. Also I would receive a second card to use with their cataloge. All I had to do was to do an electronic check for $239.00. My electronic check cleared my bank on December 31, 2001. I still have not received anything from this scam joint. When I called back the first part of January I was told that it takes 3 to 4 weeks for the merchandise and the cards to arrive. Guess what this is the 18th of February and still nothing has arrived.
The last time I got ahold of anyone there her name was Angela, she gave no last name, she told me I had to call customer service at 1-800-314-2890. Which I did call that number but guess what the number has been busy everytime I have called for the last three weeks. Also when I call the 1-800-878-1644 number on the card it is also continuoiusly busy.
I want my money back if I possibly can I should have followed my gut instinct. Help if you can we are on a fixed income and 239 dollars to us is a lot of money.
