These guys are scammers. They use tow truck drivers to pull cars to their shop and screw customers by not doing all of the repairs or using non factory parts when the insurance company pays for new. I found this out when I was in a accident and was towed to this shop on 2216 sepulveda, The owner Shai was nice so I left my car. The next day when I called myt insurance company they freaked out and said to get my car out of there, the shop were a bunch of scams. They are not even registered with the State of California as a repair shop.
I pulled my car after I went and listened to two customers scream at them for poor reapirs and watched the insurance company file a report on them.
Run do not walk and away from these guys!
