We ordered wedding rings from http://www.titaniumera.com on August 21 and we received it on August 27 and it was not the correct width that was asked for when we ordered. We then followed their correct procedure for returning the ring and sent it overnight so they would have it before the holiday ( labor day 2013).
It was shipped on August 28 and scheduled for delivery on the 29th before 3 pm. Today is the 12th there has been numerous phone calls only getting an answering machine with a person that speaks French. Several emails and finally an email sent back today saying “Hi, We will try to make the Jake width 6.0mm as you request. Your ring will bee ready to ship at the end of the week and we will send you an email for the tracking number.

My wedding is Friday August 13, I have explained this in the emails and phone calls. There should be no reason that we do not have a wedding ring for the wedding!
