It's my fault.......I didn't read the fine print. Don't remember agreeing either. But want to make sure that everybody I know will never use these......ahem......fine business people in Omaha to buy tickets........legal scalpers (and they admitted it on the phone).
Some how from the Tommy Emmanuel site I ended up on Ticket Titans. The artist and venue web site price was $39. I was charged $123 plus fees. No refunds, no exchanges, nobody cares.
Can't even validate the tickets are legitimate, even though they carry the TicketMaster name, since it was not a TicketMaster purchase, they cant tell me if they are legitimate. Guess I will find out Feb. 28th.
I feel raped and violated even though I obviously agreed to the purchase.
Stay away from these thieves.
