Title Max of Illionis, inc Title max are rip off people plus fraud is taken place in side the office. Grante City, Illinois

My friend got a title loan from Title max in Granite City, Il. Poor girl I called the title max place and spoke to Alexis.  She told me right out that they have no interest in coming after my friend for no money if the car is given to the company.  yet I read in my friend paper work and found a clause in the loan that says that you are liable for the reminder of the "Loan". I spoke to the friend and she said that the office manager April Perkins told her the same as Alexis just told me.  we both have read this Title loan place is a scams yet I believe everyone on this site is correct.

They want you to come and get a loan I understand that every loan company is after the loan. Yet when you call and when you go into the office and ask questions they out right lie to you about the terms of the loan.  If you read it and say what about this clause they will say "Hey don't worry about we are not interested in getting the car we will work with you to keep payments coming or for you to keep your car." This total bull (beep) they are out to get all your money at 131.31% to be exact. 

This is sad that either the Title Max people are just not educated on their company policies or they just don't give a grap about the legal system that lieing to a person about the terms of their loan.  Thank god I called so now my friend has another waitiness that they lie to get you into the office to sign paper work.

I understand a business is a business but not lieing to people about their loan terms. Now that is Illegal in any state!
