Titlebucks broad street Russell Late by 12 days dropped off money order of full late payment brought my payment current. 2 days after the following month due date they repo my car I ask why they said said refused my money order that I dropped off after hours after my work schedule therefore made it late said they returned my money order almost 2 weeks later still haven't seen or received my payment that they say they returned Murfreesboro Tennessee

 I got a title loan through Titlebucks in murfreesboro off of broad street, I did get 2 weeks behind but spoke with the office manager Russell several times during that 2 weeks, told him that I would have to drop a money order off after hours and after I got off of work. I asked him what my full amount of payment that I needed to pay he said 323.77, I then got a money order for $325.00 dropped it in the door after hours. That was the first weekend in June. My next payment would come due on June 25, come out of work on June 24 and my car is gone they repo it, I call and talk to the manager he states I was 30 days late and I asked him how is that my payment is due tomorrow, he then tells me that they refused my money order because I dropped it off after hours and didn't present the money order in person.

I have to be at work before they open and after they close. I then asked him how much to get my vehicle back and he tells me the 2 payment that are due. First off I still haven't even received the money order that they say they returned to me. And my payments not due until tomorrow. So I say ok will get the money and come pay you to get my car back then he tells me the tow lot is closed so I can't get it today. So I asked him how do I go about getting my personal belongings, purse, bank card, ss card as so fourth out of my car, he gives me the number to call the tow lot and tells me to ask them. Needless to say I called the. Several times before 6 pm and never got in touch with any one and still don't have my belongings? What to do, I'm concluded and hurt to why they refused my payment and still repo my car. HELP!!!
