Titlemax Kimmi issue a settlement agreement on behalf of the company in March 2017. As of today 6/14/17 a settlement has not been reach with them. Continue to take payments and adding on interest. Columbus Georgia

On March 14, my Husband spoke with Manager regarding a settlement of the loan which was originally for 3,000.00. We are still paying on the loan which has exceeded 6000.00. The agreement was not honored by the company and we were asked to continue paying until the settlement offer is approved. Although she (Kimmi) acted on the behalf of the company, her actions were not honored. We were told to contact the collections office and a settlement offer could be obtained from them. After speaking with local office manager Travis several times, and being told that we were not the first customer to complain, that since that change to someone else approving the settlements this has been a problem. To date no settlement has been reached for the balance and after numerous conversations with the company, no resolution has been obtained.

My suggestion would be for anyone considering taking a loan with this company, think twice because you are about to be ripped off.
